Your subscription fee is prepaid and will automatically renew each cycle if not canceled. Providing payment information grants us authorization to collect the periodic subscription charge.
6. Subscription Plans
We provide several subscription packages. Plan features, available channels, and costs are liable to change. These modifications won't affect your current cycle but will be implemented upon renewal.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

- Sharing your account credentials.
Immediate account termination without a refund may occur if this policy is violated.
9. Intellectual Property & Copyright
As a service provider, AxosCast IPTV does not host, store, or produce content. We enable access to existing internet streams. It is the User's duty to avoid copyright infringement in their jurisdiction.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is offered "as is" with no warranties. We cannot ensure complete uptime or guarantee all channels will always be accessible. AxosCast IPTV shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from Service usage or unavailability.
11. Termination
We maintain the authority to immediately suspend or terminate accounts, without warning, for any behavior breaching these Terms & Conditions or negatively impacting our Service or other users.
12. Governing Law
